SHIPPING / RETURNS

PACKING

Individual raw books will be shipped in a new Gemini-style cardboard mailer. Orders over £15 will be additional protected with a bubble-wrap sleeve; individual items of £50 will also be shipping inside of a plastic top-loader.

Multiple raw books (3 or more) will be sent using a larger shipping box, depending on the number of books in the order.

Individual graded slabs will be shipped in dedicated foam lined boxes that protect the slab during transit and ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We've sent hundreds of slabs in these boxes, and have never had any damage.

Mixed orders will ship in appropriate packaging depending on the order.

 

UK SHIPPING

Orders of £25 and under are sent by 2nd class Royal Mail.

Orders over £25 will use tracked services with an appropriate level of insurance.

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping to Europe and North America has been enabled; packages will ship using tracked services, with an appropriate level of insurance to cover loss or damage in transit.

We will ship to other destinations, but shipping costs will need to be calculated manually, so please get in touch if you are looking to purchase from a location that isn't currently enabled.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Any order that has been placed may be cancelled within the first 24 hours after ordering, unless it has already been shipped.

Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% restock fee.

 

RETURNS

We package carefully, and it is very rare that damages occur while they're being shipped, as we use quality delivery services - but if you have received damaged books, please contact us immediately.

If we are notified within 5 days, and a return is initiated, we will arrange for replacement copies if that's possible, or a refund if not.

We do not currently offer pre-order items; all items available on the website are currently in stock.
